The History of The Wolf Federation

Federation History

The Wolf Federation starts back in when Space travel was becoming available. However there where some problems. In 2577 4 Factions popped up on Omega, The Omega Republic, The New Faiths, The Olympians, and The Wolf Republic. The Wolf Republic which would become the Wolf Federation was the smallest out of the other faction. However it had one thing the others did not and that was a working starship. In 2583 The Wolf Republic was attacked by The New Faiths which was a religious group that worshiped an old AI from back during the early 20th century. What had happened was that the AI went rampant and started making people think he was a God and that all who worshiped him would be given paradise. When the AI called for a crusade of all the so called none believers the Wolf Republic was the first on his list. when the NF attacked they had underestimated the WR strength. What was supposed to be an easy victory turned into a disaster. For the WR had been preparing for an attack for years and had built defenses all around there country in order to defend it. A week after the NF failure to take the over the Wolf Republic The WR made there move using there Starship called USS MAINE they fought there way through the NF to the NF Capital. The WR Troops entered the NF unopposed and instead were treated like hero's what had happened prior to the invasion was that the people came to relies that there God was a fake and was not who he said he was. So they unplugged the AI and waited for the WR to come. After the NF was Absorbed into the WR They began to set there sites on the Olympians which where actually a group of scientist who had taken refuse on the space elevator plat form which had great military capabilities. When asked to join the Wolf Republic the Olympians said no. In response the Wolf Republic using the Maine invaded the Olympian station. The battle lasted up to a year the battle ended after the Olympians had run out of food and had no choice but to surrender to the Wolf Republic. After being able to return to there work the Scientist where glad to offer there services to the WR. The Wolf Republic was now a power to be reckoned with only rivaled by the Omega Republic. A cold war had begun between both sides each trying to build the ultimate weapon. The Cold war between the WR and the OR lasted for 20 years during that time the Omega Republic began to fall apart. This began to happen when the Omega Republics leaders began to enforce strike laws on its people. In 2605 the Omega Republic falls largely do to in fighting and economic collapse. In 2606 The Wolf Republic finally controls Omega. 3 years later the Wolf Republic starts to have economic problems during this time the Wolf Republic began to rethink it's government. What ended up happening is that the Wolf Republic was changed to the Wolf Federation and the a President was decided to lead this new Federation. In 2995 The Wolf Federation discovers X-Fuel and just in time to the Federation was facing a fuel crisis. Thanks to this the Federation was able to not only solve there fuel problem it also improved the Federation space program. In 3019 the First Federation space craft was complete. 1 year latter the Wolf Federation Begins to expand past Omega in 3429 the Wolf Federation comes into contact with the Talie Empire. For 30 years the Federation and the Talie had peace however that ended in 3459 the X-Wars had begun the war lasted for 10 years and ended with the Talie Surrender. After the war the Federation citizens where a bit hostile towards the Talie during this time segregation was a problem in the federation for a while but in 3469 it was abolished. Today the Federation is taking a step forward with meeting new races but it is a slow process this is mainly do to the Federation largely to the Pirate Wars which lasted till 3480. Today the Federation is a rising power in Ancerious.
